Wills and Trusts

A will is a legal document that addresses the distribution of your assets and property after your death. Having a will is important as it allows you to clearly communicate your wishes. Trusts are legal agreements aimed at reducing your estate tax liability, to protect property in your estate, and to avoid probate. A trust agreement outlines the rules to be followed for property held in trust for your beneficiaries.
