Medicall, Automated Voice Response System

Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) has a Medicaid contact known as Medicall. Medicall is an automated voice response system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The automated provider gives access to the member eligibility, claim status, claim payments, status on service authorizations, service limits information, and pharmacy prescriber ID information.
