Who We Are
For Safety’s Sake. LLC provides client-centered evidence-based home safety assessments with recommendations/reasoning for modifications to help older adults, people with different abilities, and their caregivers to safely and efficiently thrive in the home and community.
They do not do home modifications but provide either a letter of medical necessity and/or a list of recommended modifications, products, and best practices to support increased independence, safety, accessibility, and quality of life to safely thrive as much as possible.

Residency Requirements
For in-home visits must reside in Woodbridge, Stafford, or Fredericksburg. Telehealth available for all of Virginia as appropriate.
Other Eligibility Criteria
Ages 21 and older. They accept Medicare, Part B, Anthem BCBS, TriCare & FSA, Private Pay
