Radiation Oncology at VCU Massey Cancer Center is a medical specialty that uses radiation as a highly effective modality to treat a wide spectrum of cancers in adults and children. The team enables the department to offer a wide spectrum of highly specialized radiotherapy modalities, such as special forms of intensity modulated radiation therapy, brachytherapy (implant therapy) and stereotactic radiotherapy.
