Who We Are
Ashleigh focuses on independence and resident involvement. All residents, whether they need very little assistance or a special living environment due to memory impairment, are encouraged to participate actively in activities and their daily care. Residents at Ashleigh receive the care they need and are free to make daily choices.
There are no exorbitant entrance fees for joining this community. A reasonable monthly rent includes all amenities and three meals per day. Residents have a choice of studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartments.
Ashleigh determines each resident's Care Level based on their Physician's History and Physical report, a free Nursing Assessment, and the state of Virginia Uniform Assessment Instrument (UAI). Based on an assessment of needs, a level of care is designed.
The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 140.
