Overture, Fair Ridge, is maintenance-free living for active seniors age 62 and older. Apartments offered in one-bedroom, one bedroom with den and two bedroom floor plans. Amenities include open lobby with professional concierge services; dining areas; game room; library and reading lounge; hair salon; fitness center, yoga studio and Reel Room for watching movies. 

A collection of resort-inspired services that encompass vitality, luxury, relaxation, connection, and culture are offered. Wellness courses, fitness classes, safety seminars as well as other educational events will be offered during the month. 

Concierge services can include housekeeping, linen and dry cleaning services, handyman services, personal training, pet care, home health referrals, private car service, dining and travel arrangements, tickets to events and more.
