Who We Are
The City of Richmond Office of Aging and Disability Services offers a helpline designed to assist older adults and persons with disabilities who are looking for services within city departments, as well as resources outside of the City. An in-home visit will provide an assessment after a Help call is received for individuals who cannot visit the office.
