Vitality Living West End is licensed as a self-contained safe, secure environment for individuals with cognitive impairments due to a diagnosis of dementia who cannot recognize danger or protect their safety and welfare. 

Vitality Living Memory Care neighborhoods are specially designed to provide care and comfort in a secure environment for those with mild to severe cognitive impairment. Team members are trained to respect and value each resident, recognizing their preferences and needs; and empowering them to be themselves and live purposefully. 

The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 136 residents
