Who We Are
Annandale Healthcare Center (formerly Sleepy Hollow) is a skilled nursing facility located in Annandale, Virginia, just ten minutes from Fairfax Hospital.
In addition to offering quality long-term care, we provide short term care for those who are recovering from an illness, injury or surgery, and care for those in the intermediate stages of dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Our goal is to help you regain health and return to your normal life as quickly and safely as possible.
We understand how important it is to maintain lifelong hobbies and interests, so we offer a variety of recreational activities, such as spiritual services, bingo and outings to local shopping establishments and a variety of community events.
Residents of our Alzheimer's Care Units will experience a beautifully designed and secure area that helps manage the behaviors associated with dementia and maintain cognitive and physical functionality, so the individual can live with respect and dignity. Capacity is 222 residents.
