Transformed Support Services offers counseling  Licensed provider is available 24/7 to help with depression, substance abuse issues, decision making and problem solving, and more.  Individual and family counseling is available in the home or in the community; substance abuse counseling and preventive education is offered, as well as conflict resolution and anger management and behavior modification program.
