Who We Are

Appalachian Agency For Senior Citizens (AASC) offers senior sites that offer a congregate meal.

 A nutritious lunch is available with a suggested donation of $1.00 - $5.00 based on age and income. Four County Transit may provide transportation for a small donation.



Sites are in the following locations:

  • Grundy
  • Tazewell
  • Dante
  • Clinchco
  • Pocahontas
  • Swords Creek
  • Clintwood
  • Richlands

The nutrition program can also provide home delivered meals:  hot, frozen or canned meals to eligible senior citizens. This is one nutritious meal per day, seven days a week. Meals are delivered every 14 days.
