Outpatient Services, Mental Health and Substance Abuse

Stacey Hoffman, Clinical Psychologist, and Katherine Lebeda, License Clinical Social Worker, provide programs for diagnostic and treatment services for children, adolescents and/or adults who have substance abuse and psychiatric disorders, but do not need 24-hour care. This facility also provides counseling services for patients and families about emotional and/or personal matters, and who may be experiencing difficulty resolving stressful life situations.
