Pathway Homes operates Stevenson Place, an assisted living facility (ALF) offering residents comprehensive on-site case management and mental health and medical supportive services.
In addition to 24-hour supportive mental health care, the facility serves adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. This level of service includes individuals who require assistance because of significant behavior problems. Facilities licensed for the assisted living level may also provide care to residents who require only the residential level of care. The capacity is 37 residents.
