Who We Are

Junction Center for Independent Living (JCIL) offers Personal Assistance Services (PAS) and Elderly or Disabled with Consumer-Direction (EDCD) Cardinal Care Medicaid Waiver facilitation to people who require help with activities of daily living to live as independently as possible at home or in the community. 

Consumer Directed Personal Assistants help with non-medical activities of daily living. The person receiving help hires their own assistant. Services offered include transferring, bathing, eating, dressing, or other physical activities for people with physical disabilities. Additional services under PAS include assistive technology evaluation, transition services , and rehabilitation engineering.
