Who We Are
Brandermill Woods is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, offering retirement living to adults. Independent living facilities include cottages and apartments. Brandermill Woods is located in the planned community of Brandermill which offers 15 miles of walking trails and a 1,700 acre lake.
The monthly fee includes cable, utilities, maintenance, housekeeping, a $200 monthly meal credit per resident, around-the-clock security, and scheduled transportation to activities, shops, and services. A clubhouse offers several dining venues, a lounge, game rooms, a fitness center, a library, a movie theatre, and an indoor pool. The Activities Department plans a variety of activities each month on and off campus.
The Health Care Facilities at Brandermill Woods offer assisted living at The Chesterfield, memory care at The Holly Inn, and skilled and long-term care at The Haven.
