The American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP) was founded by kidney patients for kidney patients and provides education and support services to help individuals deal with the physical, emotional and social impact of kidney disease. Agency strives to improve the health and well-being of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients, those on hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and transplant recipients.

AAKP HealthLine is a webinar-based program (with conference call options) that educates patients and family members on a variety of important health care topics.
