York County Community Services, the Division of Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization, is the local agency charged with administering federal and state rental subsidies, housing rehab grants, and numerous other general and neighborhood housing programs.
The Emergency Home Repair and Accessibility is a grant program administered by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development. The objective of this program is to assist lower-income families in removing imminent health and safety hazards from their households.
