Skilled Nursing Facility, Dillwyn

Heritage Hall in Dillwyn is a 60 bed intermediate and skilled care nursing home.  The mission is to provide essential health service to maintain wellness, as well as providing restorative and rehab services to improve quality of life. Other services are Alzheimer's/dementia care and rehabilitative services. This facility is fully accessible for the disabled. Private and semi-private rooms, managed care, Medicare full reimbursement for 1-20 days; co-payment 21-100 days. Medicaid full reimbursement. 

Waiting period possible, based on bed availability. Medicaid usually 15-30 days; Medicare and managed care usually 1-2 day waiting period.



Transportation provided to social, recreational and medical appointments. Other services include meals on-site, hairstylist on-site, and support groups available.



Professional services available including 24 hour nursing care, speech, physical and occupational therapies, clinical psychology, psychiatry, podiatry and a dietitian.
