Gloucester Housing Partnership's assistance includes, but is not exclusive to, modifications for providing traditional as well as handicapped ramps for safe access. Services also include general home repair, such as plumbing, windows, floors, electrical, heating, termite treatment, weatherization, handicapped bathrooms, and repair/replacement of roofs.

Gloucester Housing Partnership offers an Emergency Home Repair Program. This program improves housing conditions and opportunities for low-income families living in Gloucester. The program provides funds to remove imminent health and safety hazards, and/or barriers to habitability in their homes.



Gloucester Housing Partnership receives referrals from Gloucester County’s social services department, Healthy/Families and Bay Aging, and from individual applicants and/or community organizations.
