Fellowship Square, Hunters Woods, Senior and Disabled Apartments, Age Restrictions - Wait List Closed

Hunters Woods Fellowship House is a government-assisted apartment complex, located in Reston VA, designed for individuals of limited income who are over age 62 or are if under age 62, must have physical disabilities. There are 224 one-bedroom apartments, common dining facilities, and a social hall. All utilities are included in the rent except telephone and cable. The estimated waiting period for current applicants has reached more than 24 months.

NOTE: Hunters Woods has a waiting list that is now closed and has suspended the acceptance of applications for the Section 8 Housing Program. A Public Notice will be posted when the waiting lists are reopened in compliance with federal guidelines. We do not anticipate that this will occur within the next 18 months. Please inquire in 2023..
