Independent Living at Sanders Retirement Village

Sanders Retirement Village offers Independent Living options: one bedroom with study, two bedroom or two bedroom grand. Each living cottage has outdoor deck convenient parking, entrance foyer, washer & dryer, central heating & air-conditioning and more.



Services offered include: biweekly housecleaning, one nutritious meal daily, interior and exterior building maintenance, maintenance of furnished appliances, lawn and grounds maintenance and regularly heavy duty housekeeping.

The Cottages at Sanders can be rented with a one year renewable lease agreement. No entrance fee or buy in cost. 



Sanders also offers Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Respite services and on-site therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Priority admission to assisted living or healthcare center.
