Who We Are
Caremed offers a balance and fall prevention program. For individuals who are at risk for falls (taking medications that may increase falls, unsteady gait or have had a recent fall), a care plan can be implemented after a fall risk assessment is done at your home or place of residence.
After the needs assessment and home inspection, aides will provide caregiver training.
