MEDCottage supports the idea of family-managed healthcare.  The MEDCottage is a mobile, modular medical home designed to be temporarily placed on a caregiver's property for rehabilitation and extended care.  You could call it "state-of-the-art hospital room" with remote monitoring available so caregivers and family members have peace of mind knowing they are providing the best possible care.

The MED Cottage combines sleeping, eating, bathing, cooking and living in one of three models. A senior or disabled family member can gain some privacy and independence.  Water, electricity and waste runs off the caregiver's home systems.

MEDCottage can be used for long term recovery, extended medical care, rehabilitation and end-of-life care.
