Who We Are
Summit Square is a full-service retirement community and a licensed LifePlan Community, also known as a Continuing Care Community, offering three levels of care: residential living, assisted living, and nursing care. Patio homes and apartments are available for independent living. Residents typically enter on an independent level and progress through the continuum of care.
An entrance fee and monthly service fee entitles the resident to a meal per day, weekly linen service, transportation to local medical appointments, complete interior and exterior maintenance, water and sewer, cable TV, in-house telephone, 24-hour response system, planned events, and activities, complete building and appliance maintenance and priority admission to assisted living or health care, as needed. Choice of cottage or apartment home for residential status.
