Who We Are
Norfolk office of The Up Center provides a variety of services and programs for infants to seniors. Some of the services provided are education programs on parenting, divorce, stress, sexuality and self esteem which help to keep families healthy, strong and together. Other programs and services offered are Foster Care and Adoption, Family Strengthening programs, Youth Mentoring, Financial and Housing Counseling, Services for People with Disabilities, Veterans Counseling, Support for Seniors, Violence Prevention and much more.
Services are offered where they are needed: in homes, in offices, schools and out in the community.
