Who We Are

Empowerhouse Supporting Survivors of Domestic Violence (formerly Rappahannock Council on Domestic Violence) offers an emergency shelter for victims and their children. Temporary emergency shelter for up to 2 months for women and children who are victims of domestic abuse. Additional services available are a batterer intervention program, counseling for teens, childcare during meetings, emergency cell phones. Donations Welcome of household items, cleaning supplies, school and craft supplies, food, and personal items are greatly appreciated.
