Stroke Survivors & Care Partners Support Group

If you or someone in your family is recovering from a stroke, this support group can help you understand the changes a stroke has brought to your life. The Stroke Support Group is your change to discuss your thoughts and feelings in a setting where you can feel safe, confident and understood. Although each stroke is different, you can share your story with all its challenges, hopes and frustrations, exchange information with others, and more. Meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 4:30-5:30pm
