Event Description
Alexandria Health Department will hold a FREE flu shot clinic on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at the Cora Kelly Recreation Center form 9am until 12pm. Flu shots will be available for ages 6 months and older, so bring your friends and family out for this event. Open to everyone. No ID or insurance is required.
